Consent Form Regarding Use and Protection of Personal Data

System: DGAMS

This Privacy Policy applies to all matters relating to the handling of personal information on the “DGAMS” website.

We use personal data (individual operation logs) that are collected by the System for the following purposes.

- Security measures (e.g. logs monitoring by the System controller, provision of logs to the supervisor of data management section in your organization)
- License management (e.g. checking use records with owned licenses)
- Examination of measures to improve convenience of the System

Personal data will be transferred to Singapore and Japan and stored in the servers of Denso Corporation (the “Company”) in Singapore and Japan.

The EU Commission has not yet decided that Japan ensures an adequate level of protection of personal data through the Personal Information Protection Law (Singapore). However, the Company shall control the personal data of each user of the System in an appropriate manner. Unless otherwise necessary, the Company shall store the personal data of each user of the System while his/her ID is valid and until 1 years have elapsed after his/her ID was deleted.

*1 Each user of the System has the right to request access to and download, rectification or erasure of personal data, as well as having the right to file a request or an objection regarding the processing to the contact person. Also, each user of the System has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
